Volunteering with Nightmare Creations offers a unique and rewarding experience. While you may not get paid, the benefits are immense:

  • Gain experience: Earn volunteer hours for school or work. Letters of reference are available upon request with at least four weeks' notice.

Volunteer roles

We have a variety of exciting roles available for volunteers at our haunted house and special events. Some of our main volunteer positions include:

  • Actors: Inside and outside the haunted houses, bringing characters to life.
  • Front entrance sales: Assisting with ticket and merchandise sales.
  • Security: Helping to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Front of house: Guiding guests, managing lines, and ensuring a smooth flow of visitors.
  • Food service: Assisting with sales at our food tent.

Who can volunteer?

No prior experience is necessary to volunteer with Nightmare Creations Special Events. We can find a job for virtually anyone who is eager to learn and contribute!

However, if you have experience in any of the following areas, we would especially welcome your expertise:

  • Construction

  • Set design
  • Art
  • Marketing
